Biography

Bill lives and works in Berkshire. He has a long career in art and graduated with a Masters in Fine Art in 1982 from UBC in Vancouver. Bill has a special affinity with water. His stunning pieces beautifully capture the myriad of reflections, colours and movements created on it's surface.
